The big wheel kit converts your jack to
roll off road with ease. It comes with zinc plated steel front axle
extensions and an aluminum rear axle held with side plates. The
Polyolefin big wheels are retained with snap rings and have delrin
bushings that are light, super strong and affordable.

Older jacks can be mis-labeled or just different than what's currently
available. Harbor Freight is known to change things. Some jacks labeled 2
ton are actually the 2 1/2 ton model, order the kit that matches the
width of your jack over the label. More pics coming soon.
-Fits 2 ton aluminum Pittsburgh Harbor Freight jacks only.
-Axle extensions thread over the front axle. The rear casters are removed and replaced with a bolt on axle.
-Rear axle and side plates are 6061 aluminum.
Wheel options - both are 2" wide
6" - is good for most off-road conditions
8" - rolls easier on the soft stuff, but still needs a skid plate

Skid Plate - provides flotation where it needs to be, adds strength to jack
Vehicle Mounts - chocks wheels, uses strap (not included) to hold down

1 ½ - 5" wide frame - big roller front axle, gets replaced - cross pin style saddle
2 ton - 6" wide frame - 18mm front axle shaft - 15mm wheel axle - bolt on style saddle
2 ½ - 6 5/8" wide frame - 20mm front axle shaft - 18mm wheel axle - bolt on style saddle
3 ton - 7 3/16" wide frame - 20mm front axle shaft - 18mm wheel axle - bolt on style saddle
