Tube Bending Jig

Our Tube Jig is finally making a come back! With 3D printers now being capable of producing precise parts in record time, we've done a complete redesign; to take full advantage of these machines... The new Tube Jig now uses aluminum tubing for the telescoping tubes and 3D printed PETG parts for everything else. We are manufacturing all of this in house, to maintain our high quality standards and allow for flexible production demands.

The new Tube Jig takes the same features as the previous, and adds a whole new level to it! Now it's incredibly light weight, easier to adjust, locks down tighter, has quick change ends to easily swap cope angles and other ends. We incorporated multiple new points to measure distance, rotation, and a super short hinge for the most difficult tubes... copes in a bend!

We also created our version of the "Pipe Master" which we call the "Tube Master", this carries over the basic features and offers many more. Our Tube Master is designed to clamp to the tube, so you can then make the rest of the tube as well. This completely takes the guess work out of complex copes.
