The Round Tub Plasma Table sits on top of a 55 gal. drum or a Behrens 17 gal. wash tub with water
creating a very economical and effective plasma cutting table. The sparks, slag and most of the smoke is captured by
the water
with a 5" air gap to keep splashing at a minimum.
We include an adjustable clamp to firmly hold a straight edge or our Plasma Stencils. This allows you to use both hands for guiding your plasma cutter to make precise cuts.
The usable cutting area is 20"x19".
The frame is laser cut from 1/8" steel and requires welding to assemble, it will take about 20 minutes to lay out, tack, and weld.
The cutting slats drop into place which makes them easy to replace. They are 1/8" x 1 1/2" flat bar and 17 feet is required to replace them all.
The Plasma Table rests on top of the tub, so it's easy to take apart for cleaning or storage when not being used.
Nuts and bolts are included to mount to your water tub if you choose.

2/16/23 update - back in stock with two clamp options. You can choose between an edge clamp which comes with spacers to also work on tables up to 9/16" thick, or you can get the 5/8" post style for use on fixture tables.
