This is the master kit with all the bells and whistles. It includes all of our tube jig tools to make just about any tube you can imagine. This starts as the Racer kit, then adds small hinges to mock up tubes with a cope in the bend. It also comes with long copes 60,70,75,80° for making fancy tubes and bumpers.
General Description
- Our Tube Jig lets you setup and adjust bends, rotation and copes on any tube.
Then copy it and your final tube fits right the first time. No more guess work! The Jig starts with telescoping tubes, the large one matches
your tube size and the small one is 1/4" less. We pair this with
adjustable hinges that have a short and long side; this allows you to
not only setup any tube combination, but have room for adjustment. The
tube end now uses a base & end, the base length varies depending on
the hinge. The ends are easy to swap for cope and miter angles.
Kit differences-
Basic
- Has the bare minimum hinges and extensions to setup half of most tubes.
Includes a pair of Tube Masters to setup any normal or complex cope up
to 50°
Racer
- Includes pairs of med. & large hinges along with more extensions
to setup full main hoops. Also includes cope ends and miters which makes
normal tube setup much quicker and easier. Still includes a pair of
Tube Masters for complex copes.
Pro
- This is the Racer kit with more goodies. It includes the small hinges
for copes that are in the bend. You also get the long cope ends for
bumpers and fancy tubes.
Hose clamps and wing nuts
- This kit is easy to set for light and quick adjustments, then a
slight turn holds firm, add a little more force to lock it down... On
the hinges we have two opposing wing nuts with thin rubber washers,
these provide great clamping force while reducing wear on the plastic
hinge. For any telescoping tube we use a simple hose clamp with our
"Cross Nut" that allows easy tool-less adjustment.
Tube Master
- A contour gauge for tubing and much more... We started with the basic
Pipe Master concept and added a few features from other creators, then
combined them with our own designs to create the most functional tool
imaginable. The most important improvement is our split design using a
hose clamp to hold your complex cope, so you can make the second half of
your tube! The end cope reliefs let you easily locate rotation and
length. We put the needles on a slight angle, so they match the O.D. of
your tube when extended.
