This 6" oval Plasma Stencil has been specifically designed for flush mount or recessed trailer lights. It will work with any grommet style flush mount light. The Plasma Stencils will guide your hand held plasma cutter to quickly and accurately cut a perfect oval. The stencils are offset so the light will fit, even if there's slag on the back side. Available for most plasma cutters that have a drag shield attachment. The outside of the stencil can be used to make a simple light bracket. Laser cut and etched from 1/8" cold rolled steel. The end result is a quick, clean and accurate cut that can be done anywhere. Made in the USA.

-Use the pictured chart to find your drag shield diameter - If you have a PT or IPT torch, then you will need the drag shield conversion kit we also sell. Plasma cutters with AG60/SG55 or PT31 torches, along with the new HF titanium do not have drag shields but can kind of work with our Plasma Stencils if you also get our plasma conversion/offset rings available separately.

Actual cut dimensions: 2 1/2" x 6 3/4"

Designed for use with a drag shield attachment, use the chart in the pictures to determine the proper size for your plasma cutter. If your plasma cutter is not listed, then you will need to measure the diameter of your drag shield to find the proper size Plasma Stencils to use. Some models have random sizes and for those you will also need to purchase our Plasma Conversion/Offset Rings separately.

Excellent addition to my stock of stencils. Not only great for the trailer light cut outs but handy for inside and outside curves and short straights. Made with quality out of good steel. I really like that I can take the stencil to the steel instead of cutting the item on the plasma table and welding it on. A great time saver.
