This combo kit comes with the big wheel conversion kit with skid plate and jack extensions with extension holders. Click on the links below for more details on each part.

Kit Includes:

Big Wheel Kit - 5, 6 & 8" options. 5" is best for 1½ ton, 6" for general use on any jack, 8" for sand/snow.

Skid Plate - provides flotation where it needs to be and makes jack stronger by adding structure

Floor Jack Extension - Zinc plated 1½" jack adapter pin, both 6" & 11" extensions and 4x4 saddle - 1½ ton jack has "cross pin" saddle and others have "bolt on" saddle

Extension Holders - Attach to jack handle and hold both extensions

Optional accessories:

Vehicle Jack Mount - chocks wheels, simple strap to hold down

Make sure to measure your jack width and saddle style - scroll down more for specs. - Older jacks can be mis-labeled or just different than what's currently available. Some jacks labeled 2 ton are actually the 2 1/2 ton model, order the kit that matches the width of your jack over the label. Some older 3 ton jacks may require drilling new holes in the side plates.

This is the full kit that comes with all the goodies, check out the other parts for more information on each. The big wheel kit converts your jack to roll off road with ease. We offer 5" wheels that work best on the 1½ ton, 6" wheels for general use on any jack and 8” wheels for the super soft sand and snow. The skid plate is more important than larger wheels for the soft stuff, but larger wheels help with rolling the jack into position. Designed for 1½, 2, 2½ & 3 ton Pittsburgh Aluminum Harbor Freight jacks only.

The off-road floor jack started with just a jack extension, but really needed some big wheels to be truly capable. Then came a skid plate for soft terrain and it had to be topped off with a simple but effective mount. The big wheel conversion bolts right onto most Pittsburgh Aluminum floor jacks to easily roll over any terrain. Our floor jack extension will convert any jack to use a common pin that allows for various extensions to be used. The combination gives you a versatile and affordable off road jack.

1 ½ - 5" wide frame - big roller front axle, gets replaced - cross pin style saddle

2 ton - 6" wide frame - 18mm front axle shaft - 15mm wheel axle - bolt on style saddle

2 ½ - 6 5/8" wide frame - 20mm front axle shaft - 18mm wheel axle - bolt on style saddle

3 ton - 7 3/16" wide frame - 20mm front axle shaft - 18mm wheel axle - bolt on style saddle

Ingenious idea makes the jack way more useable for big tire / Offroad stuff. Excellent quality parts, machining I son point. I would highly recommend this kit to my friends.

1st was so nice got the 2nd one

I initially got the 3 ton kit and liked it so well that I purchased a 1½ ton jack and kit to cover small and large jack ranges. The big wheels are what sold me on the 911 Motorsports kit to aid in moving the jack around on surfaces I deal with that are not always level and smooth. I put a cam buckle strap from the end of the handle to the front of the jack to lock the handle into the upright position so I could pull back on the handel and maneuver the jack on the back two wheels in tight locations. Did I mention I love the BIG WHEELS? (3 ton kit with 8" wheels & 1½ ton kit with 5" wheels)

Awesome offroad jack kit!

I picked up a regular HF 1.5 ton jack and immediately ordered this kit. Kit arrived very quickly and I was able to follow the clear instructions easily. I plan to use this jack while travelling but also in my gravel driveway.

Outstanding value

First of all I want to say the shipping was a very nice surprise. I'm on the other side of the country and it arrived in four days. More importantly, this is a well designed and produced kit. The engineering is solid, the components are solid, and it's easy to install. Yes, there's a new product from HF that I was aware of for a similar price point but the crucial fact is their product weighs twice as much as this one. I don't want to lug a 70lb jack around if I can get practically the same functionality from this setup. The installation took about an hour. Times will vary based upon experience but it's pretty straightforward. Would I recommend this to a friend? Yes! How did I find out about this? I saw it on a YouTube video by Casey LaDelle, and I, like him I guess, are not swayed by crappy products.

Setup in it's Permanent Home

I build out the 2.5ton version for my '13 JKU, Dumped my farm jack and haven't looked back. It's versital and now, whenever there is a repair needed on the trail all I hear is "Hey Where is Bob? I need his Jack!". Works great on my Lifted JKU (38"s and 4" EVO lift). Can lift from the Frame or Axle. So glad I found you guys ar 911!
