Frequently Asked Questions

Inventory - All of our products are in stock and ready to ship. 


Reviews - To write a review, go to the product you want to review, then click on the "write a review" or "review this item" button just below the add to cart button. It's easy to find once you know where to look. You can review multiple products, but have to do it one at a time. If the button says "review this item" that means you will be the first person to give it a review.

Shipping - We offer Free Shipping anywhere in the United States of America. Most of our products ship through USPS which means you will generally get your order within 2-3 days. If you order before 10:00 AM PST there is a good chance your order will ship the same day. 

International shipping - We also ship all around the world. Use the shipping calculator in the shopping cart(add a product first) to find the best price for your order. Generally using USPS is the best option. Sometimes the actual cost of shipping is less than what you pay, in that case we will refund the difference(usually $5 to 10 USD) to your card or PayPal account.

Fast shipping - Generally our Free shipping option is the best bang for your buck, but we also ship through FedEx and UPS. If you need something like yesterday, use the shipping calculator in the shopping cart to find the option you prefer. Sometimes the actual cost of shipping is less than what you pay, in that case we will refund the difference(usually $5 to 10 USD) to your card or PayPal account.

Returns - Give us a call or email first. We try to make returns and exchanges as hassle free as possible.

Security and Privacy - Our entire site is secured and encrypted through a standard SSL protocol, so there is no need to worry about your information being compromised. We never see your credit card number and do NOT share any of your information with any third parties. We hate spam as much as anyone, so we only send out newsletters a couple times a year.

Manufacturing - All of our products are made in the USA. We manufacture in house as much as possible, to keep our product quality top notch. Laser cutting and machine work is mostly done within our City and State.

Warranty - We strive to have happy customers and the best quality products available. If you wear something out or need a replacement let us know and we will make sure to get you back to work as soon as possible. Most of our products have a limited 3-5 year warranty against manufacturing defects only, for legal purposes. The instructions you receive have the full legal disclaimer.


About Us

911 Motorsports is owned and operated by Casey Bischoff, with the help of a few friends and family. I've designed our product line to make your job easier, from metal fabrication, mechanical work and everything else related to motor sports. I grew up in Bend, Oregon and have spent my life learning and enjoying all forms of motor sports, through this experience I have been able to create innovative products to help your job be a little easier.
