12/21/22 update - This product is getting higher on our priority list, thanks to your continued interest. We are planning to have it available again in a few months. Check back here for more updates.
-from 5/16/22 - We have discontinued this product for the foreseeable future, the DIY version is still available.

Our Tube Jig lets you setup and adjust bends, rotation and copes on any tube. Then copy it and your final tube fits right the first time. No more guess work! Comes with everything you need to design, tweak and create any tube from a four bend main hoop to a simple coped tube and anything in between. Slots in the jig tubes are for measuring rotation of cope. The bend centerline is easy to transfer to tangent/start of bend.

-Laser cut tubing with cope angles and rotation slots.
-For 1 3/4" tube. Will also work down to 1 1/2" and up to 2" tube.
-Includes 2 small and 2 large hinges along with extension tubes.
-Full kit comes w/ pair of every cope angle in 10° increments up to 70° and one 80°.
-Yellow Zinc plated and black oxide on the small tubes.
-Telescoping tube with overlapping lengths lets you put a cope and bend anywhere you want.
-Large yellow tubes are 1 3/4" x .120 wall and small black tubes are 1 1/2" x .095.

This tool will save you time, it only takes a couple minutes to setup. Then you get to look at the tube jig, adjust it for a perfect fit and have all of your measurements ready to copy. This also lets you be confident that you bend once, notch once and the tube fits right the first time. Another benefit is less wasted material from missing a rotation or having to guess where a cope is going to end up. The Tube Jig might be a new product, but we have been using and improving the prototype for the last five years. So you can rest assured that this tool is designed right!

Includes a pair of every cope angle in 10° increments from 0° to 80°, this helps to make sure your cope rotation will be correct. Thumb screws are used as jam bolts which hold strong and are easy to tweak distance and rotation. These are perfect copes for 1 3/4" tube, but also works for other sizes. On 1 1/2" tube the copes will have a little rotational slop, which is easy to center. On 2" tube the copes will fit tight for rotation, but will have a slight gap on the long side of cope, add that gap when you go to notch the final tube. Every coped tube has two slots which allow you to measure the rotation of cope. Drop a piece of 1/8" flat bar in and then use a magnetic rotation gauge to measure.

The hinges are another great feature, use the small black ones when a cope is right next to a bend. Switch to the big yellow hinges for large tubes with multiple bends. You can also put the hinges together for bending tube over 110° all the way to 180°. Each hinge has a long and short side which overlap, so if you run out of room just flip to the next side. The pivot point is the center of tube and bend center line. This is easy to transfer to tangent/start of bend using an angle finder and the radius die on your bender.

Time saver
I wasn’t sure how it was going to work, but I have been quite impressed with it. It’s cut down tremendously on waste, let’s you get the perfect notch angle every time, it’s not a tool just for amateurs, it really does work. Makes mirroring the other side on complicated multiple plane bends much easier.

Works great!
It was easy to setup and figure out pretty quick. The coped tube ends are great, even for straight tubes. I made some longer extension tubes for the jig, which made it easier to setup on the larger tubes. I did a hybrid exo cage on a FJ60 and I couldn't have done it without the jig.
