The Circle Pro Upgrade Plasma Stencils are sized to fill in the gaps of the already effective original Circle Stencils. With the new sizes you can get even more precise and become a professional fabricator. For a tight fit you can under cut your desired circle and then finish sand for an accurate size and location. New sizes work great for o2 sensors, 2" and 2 1/2" flush mount trailer lights read below for more specs.

Circle sizes: 7/16"- 9/16"-11/16"-7/8"-1 1/8"-1 3/8"-1 5/8"-1 7/8"-2 1/4"-2 3/4"

-Use the pictured chart to find your drag shield diameter - If you have a PT or IPT torch, then you will need the drag shield conversion kit we also sell. Plasma cutters not listed will need our plasma conversion/offset rings available separately. Not all plasma cutters will drag cut properly.

The Plasma Stencils will guide your hand held plasma cutter to quickly and accurately cut a perfect circle. The stencils are offset to precisely cut the indicated size from the center of the arc, this allows a little clearance for easy assembly. Each kit includes 5 stencils for 10 sizes: circles range from 7/16"-2 3/4" in diameter. Available for most plasma cutters that have a drag shield attachment. The outside radius and straight edges act as bonus cutting guides. Laser cut and etched from 1/8" cold rolled steel. The end result is a quick, clean and accurate cut that can be done anywhere. Made in the USA.

Outside cuts 2" larger than indicated for .380" and .430 sizes. The .580" size is 2 1/4" larger than indicated.

Hole applications

O2 bung - 7/8" hole

2" trailer light - 2 ¼" hole

2½" light - 2 ¾" hole

4" light - 4 ½" hole - OD of 2½" stencils

Designed for use with a drag shield attachment, use the chart in the pictures to determine the proper size for your plasma cutter. If your plasma cutter is not listed, then you will need to measure the diameter of your drag shield to find the proper size Plasma Stencils to use. Some models have random sizes and for those you will also need to purchase our Plasma Conversion/Offset Rings separately.

Plasma Stencils

Have the original set and use them a lot to cut a variety of shapes. These in-between "Pro" sizes will help. Saves me a bunch of time and improves the results.

Welder

Simple yet ingenious. Early Miller Spectrum plasma cutter owners beware: Miller ICE-25C, ICE-25X, ICE-27C and ICE-27T torches (and probably others) did not originally come with drag shields but they became available later as an option; The diameter of Miller ICE series drag shields above is .580, so order the Thermal Dynamics style stencils, NOT the Miller style. I also have a Hypertherm Powermax 900 with PAC125T torch with the .380 drag shield nose diameter. I plan to turn a copper bushing on the lathe to allow the Hyperthem to use the Thermal Dynamics style stencils.
