The big wheel kit converts your jack to roll off road with ease. Comes with a new full length front axle that uses aluminum spacers. The rear axle is held with two aluminum side plates that bolt on. Polyolefin caster wheels with delrin bushings are light, super strong and affordable.
Make sure to measure your jack width - scroll down more for specs.
- Older jacks can be mis-labeled or just different than what's currently available. Harbor Freight is known to change things. They just released the new 1½ ton Daytona jack which will
NOT
work with any of our kits...yet.
-Fits 1½ ton Pittsburgh aluminum Harbor Freight. Will
NOT
work with new Daytona 1½ ton
-New 1/2" 1144 stressproof front axle w/alum. spacers. Jack needs to be drilled for larger 1/2" axle.
-Rear casters are removed and replaced with a bolt on 6061 aluminum axle.
-For jacks with 5" wide frame & 1/4" thick frame sides
Wheel options
- all are 2" wide
5" - is good for most off-road conditions
6" - rolls a little easier
8" - for really soft sand, but still want skid plate
Optional accessories:
Skid Plate - provides flotation where it needs to be, adds strength to jack
Vehicle Mounts - chocks wheels, uses strap (not included) to hold down
Pittsburgh - Aluminum Harbor Freight jacks - verify frame width and saddle style

Awesome Upgrade for stone driveway
I purchased this early this year to service all my vehicles and it has not disappointed. I have pebble driveway and it was tough moving the OEM jack around. This has improved my ability to work on my driveway. The quality is good however one issue I discovered is the cut out on the plate was slightly off from the jack. I had to ream it out with my drill to get the holes to align. Not really a problem if you are a do it yourself type of person and most likely you are if you buying stuff like this. I prefer it fit right out of the box. Highly recommend with a little personal rework.
