We created this cool new tool with the basic concept from the JD2 Bendicator and added the full tube size to it, which allows this to be used with our Tube Jig. This is the perfect tool for getting the tightest tubes for the most important cages and customers.
This has removable extensions, the short setup works from 40-100°, then add extensions for up to 180° bends. This design also limits the amount of overhang on the inside of the tool, which allows you to set up really tight tubes on the outside of the vehicle for an exo-cage. The short setup will work great for making the tightest roll-cage main hoops possible. The 180 setup works great for shock hoops and stingers.

-Has quick adjust "cross bolts" for locking down the angle and built in stops to prevent over extension.

These are the actual tube size listed, with the matching Center Line Radius. We recommend ordering what matches your tube die; however when bending material with a lot of spring-back, it would be ideal to match your final tube. To find your spring-back: bend a 180° bend, then measure the O.D. of bend using a couple squares on each side. Then use this formula... O.D. - Tube Size / 2 = Actual C.L.R.
