This large plasma table kit is simple to weld together and bolt onto a common 36"x24" steel service cart. Then seal up the top shelf, add water - along with the included wave breaks - and now you have the best roll-around water table for your hand held plasma cutter! 6 gallons gives 1 1/2" of water with 5 1/2" of air space which minimizes splashing while containing the mess. Plasma Table Kit comes with 8 consumable
cutting slats; table ends have 16 slots so you can customize slat
spacing or add more if needed.
We also include an adjustable long-reach clamp to hold our Plasma Stencils or a straight edge. There are two styles of clamps to choose from that can also be used on your current fab table. The edge clamp uses 3D printed spacers, 1/8" for this table and other thickness up to 9/16" to match your table. The post clamp style for fixture tables has a 5/8" post and we include bushings to weld to our plasma table.
