Daytona vs. Pittsburgh 1 1/2 ton - Both jacks are very similar. The Daytona costs more but it looks cooler with the black/green combo, the Pittsburgh is about $40 less factoring in our conversion kit. The main difference between the two is the front axle on the Daytona uses our axle extensions and has different rear casters.

-Fits the new aluminum Daytona H.F. 1½ ton jack only
-Axle extensions thread over the front axle.
-Rear casters are removed and replaced with a bolt on 6061 aluminum axle and side plates.

Kit Includes:
Floor Jack Extension - Zinc plated 1½" jack adapter pin, both 6" & 11" extensions and 4x4 saddle - 1½ ton jack has "cross pin" saddle and others have "bolt on" saddle
Big Wheel Kit - 5, 6 & 8" options. 5" is best for 1½ ton, 6" for general use on any jack, 8" for sand/snow.
Skid Plate - provides flotation where it needs to be and makes jack stronger by adding structure
Optional accessories:
Vehicle Jack Mount - chocks wheels, simple strap to hold down

The off-road floor jack started with just a jack extension, but really needed some big wheels to be truly capable. Then came a skid plate for soft terrain and it had to be topped off with a simple but effective mount. This is the full kit that comes with all the goodies, check out the other parts for more information on each. The big wheel kit converts your jack to roll off road with ease. We offer 5" wheels that work best on the 1½ ton, 6" wheels for general use on any jack and 8” wheels for the super soft sand and snow. The skid plate is more important than larger wheels for the soft stuff, but larger wheels help with rolling the jack into position.

Compact Offroader
I picked up one of these Daytona 1.5 ton jacks to add to my jack lineup. I was looking for something compact, portable, and light and the Daytona fit that bill. Then I added the off-road conversion kit from 911 Motorsports and mad this little jack even better. I opted for the 5 inch wheels and it now rolls over everything. This jack has now become my most used jack, dragging this jack in and out of the garage and across a rough driveway is so much smoother and quieter than my old all steel 3 ton jack. The conversion added very little weight to the jack so it is still easy to throw into a truck or jeep for trail days. One concern I had with the conversion was maneuverability with it no longer having swivel casters. After the first use I discovered that was not an issue at all, with the big wheels you can steer this jack effortlessly. I even added the axle adapter and loaded up an axle on to this jack and it actually seemed easier to steer and move around the driveway with weight loaded on the front wheels. The big wheels combined with the new saddle and extensions I feel this jack is suited for just about any task. The craftsmanship and quality of parts in this kit are top notch, I would buy this again with no hesitation.
